About

Counseling Support

Life can be incredibly hard, and there are times you might feel utterly without hope. We want you to know: There is hope and help for your situation. God loves you so deeply and offers grace and strength in times of need.

It's OK to ask for help. Although Proverbs 31 cannot offer counseling since we are not mental health professionals, if you feel that you do need counseling, please contact Focus on the Family’s Counseling Services. You can also text the word NAMI to 741741 for someone to text you back and communicate with you about options to help you in your situation.

We at Proverbs 31 Ministries are praying for you. There is also a tremendous support system on the Proverbs 31 Ministries prayer wall. Perhaps you'd consider placing your prayer request there. You may submit your request anonymously so people all over the world may join you in prayer.

Hold on, friend. There is hope, and you deserve to experience abundant, beautiful life again.

"Grace to you and peace from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ. Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies and God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our affliction." 2 Corinthians 1:2-4
