Heavenly Father, thank You for the truth that I am not at the mercy of my thoughts and feelings. When negativity rises in me and I feel like I’m sinking, remind me that Your peace and wisdom are always near. Help me take every thought captive to obey Christ and choose to think about what is true, noble, and praiseworthy (2 Corinthians 10:5; Philippians 4:8). Renew my mind again today, Lord, and guide my heart into hope and joy. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
