Heavenly Father, the days feel long, and weariness has begun to settle in. In the places where I’m depleted, lacking, exhausted, foggy, and worn down, would You bring rest and restoration? Clear my mind and heart from any heaviness I’m carrying. Release me from any pressure I’m putting on myself. By Your power and Your strength, be my portion to fill any gaps where I find myself falling short or falling behind. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.

God, I struggle to see beyond all of the hurt, pain, and shame of my past, and it makes me question Your love for me. I just can’t seem to escape the cycle of shame and guilt. But I know Your Word holds the truth my heart needs right now: You remove my sins and remember them no more (Isaiah 43:25). You make me new in Christ (2 Corinthians 5:17). You are full of redemption and grace (Ephesians 1:7). Help me accept Your grace. Empower me to walk in the freedom You have given me today. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
