Ruth Schwenk is the founder of the popular blog, TheBetterMom.com, and along with her pastor/author husband, Patrick, the podcast Rootlike Faith. She is the trusted author of several books, including Trusting God In All the Things, Pressing Pause, The Better Mom Devotional, and In a Boat in the Middle of a Lake. She has loved being involved with Proverbs 31 Ministries over the years, including most recently as the Senior Social Media Coordinator of COMPEL Writer's Training. Ruth is a Michigan football super fan, a self-proclaimed "foodie," and lover of all things HGTV. But her greatest joy is her family. She lives with her husband, four children, two pesky hamsters and their loyal Labrador retriever in the beautiful college town of Ann Arbor, Michigan.
