  • Have you ever wondered what life might be like if you had a more optimistic attitude despite your past or present circumstances? If you trusted God with your whole heart rather than allowing fears or worries about the future steal your joy? How different would your life look if you were determined to have unsinkable joy and peace, no matter what? Most people inadvertently allow their circumstances to dictate their happiness, not understanding that they are ultimately in control of it. Through the sharing of Tracie’s personal journey of pain and healing, you’ll be equipped to:

It also makes us vulnerable emotionally and at times spiritually, opening the door for the enemy to convince us God doesn’t care about us, much less have a plan to protect and provide for us each and every day. Based on the attitude lessons learned from Naomi and Ruth, this session walks you through divine examples of not only God’s ability and desire to protect and provide, but also to restore all that’s been lost and broken. • The longing of every woman’s heart is to feel loved, accepted and beautiful, but many women spend their entire lives seeking these validations from the world, instead of Christ. This session leaves women knowing that they are a special child of God, beautiful in every way, and valued beyond measure – flaws and all. • Stopping the unhealthy cycle of comparison and discovering how true value and beauty comes from God
    • Breaking free from the habit of self condemnation and criticism
    • Push past feelings of inferiority or inadequacy and position themselves to be confident in their identity in Christ
  • Frazzled, frustrated, fatigued, over committed, overloaded and overwhelmed. This is how the majority of women feel as a result of being bombarded with relentless stress from everyday life. Sadly, most women are looking for stress relief in all the wrong places, and the help they may find only offers temporary peace, rather than permanent. Through this engaging session, women will experience a stress-makeover in heart, mind and soul as they:

    • Commit to stop letting stress rule their life and start embracing God’s peace
    • Discover the physical and spiritual benefits of looking to God for stress relief

    • Learn how to “be still” in a world that thrives on busyness
  • God often calls us to do things that seem beyond our comfort zone or capabilities, causing us to hesitate in our obedience and question our calling. This session focuses on helping women realize that God has been equipping them throughout their lifetime for the purpose He destined just for them, even if His plan does not make sense yet. Ladies will be inspired to take a leap of faith in their life and pursue God’s will for their lives as they:

    • Understand how to cultivate a true servants heart
    • Replace the fear of failure with God inspired confidence and enthusiasm for purpose
    • Recognize how procrastination results in missing God’s best
    • Build a desire to faithfully and passionately seek God’s will for their life
  • It’s easy to be positive when times are good, but when life gets messy, keeping a positive attitude can be tough. The best way to maintain a positive attitude during difficult times is to understand that our joy comes from Christ, not from circumstances, but that is easier said done. In this session women will be inspired to stay positive in good times and bad as they:

    • Recognize that their thoughts will take them a destination they may not want to end up at
    • Start a habit of trying to put a positive spin and a new perspective on adversities
    • Embrace the ability to look at the future with a renewed hope
    • Identify four ways to experience an abundant, joy-filled life

  • Regardless of where we are in life, we all want to be excited about our lives. We know we should appreciate life even when life is hard and that good is always present even during bad times, but it’s a challenge to think that way when our hearts are heavy or life hasn’t turned out the way we thought or hoped it would. We know we’re supposed to be content, but we still get caught up striving for more or resenting what is not to our liking. And when life seems boring and routine, we often overlook the blessings God has given us because we’re more focused on what we don’t have than on what we do. This life changing conference will lead women to:

    • Believe, maybe for the first time, that the abundant life God promises us in scripture can actually be theirs
    • Understand it is God’s desire for them to live life to the fullest and that their happiness is in their own hands
    • Identify key factors standing in the way of their happiness and practical tips for overcoming them.
    • Feel inspired and excited about seeing and living life differently by intentionally choosing to enjoy the one life God has given them, no matter what.
  • For so many women, remaining optimistic about life and feeling positive about themselves and their lives is a constant battle – especially when circumstances are difficult and life is hard. For others, negativity is something that sneaks up from time to time. Regardless of the root causes, once pessimistic thoughts permeate our minds, and feelings and emotions begin to control us instead of us controlling them, it becomes hard to stay positive, much less live a life a positive life full of happiness, peace and joy. Negative thought patterns can eventually shake our faith, which may cause us to sink emotionally, mentally and spiritually. Embracing a life of optimism opens the door for a transformed heart and a renewed mind, and in turn, a changed and more positive life overall, even if circumstances remain the same, because hearts anchored in God don’t sink.

This conference will be a breath of fresh air for women of all ages, leaving them with a heart full of joy, a smile and a new perspective of how when we change our minds, we can change our lives, even if our circumstances remain the same. Upon attending the Unsinkable Faith Conference, women will be equipped to:

    • Replace pessimism with a life of positive thinking by mastering how to be the captain of their thoughts.
    • Discover true joy and happiness are based on choice, not circumstances.
    • Overcome unhealthy habits of negative thinking by intentionally implementing three easy mind-renewing steps.
    • Stop feeling hopeless and pitiful and start feeling hope-filled and powerful.
    • Embrace God’s truth that only a positive mind will lead to the positive, joy-filled life.
  • Based on Tracie’s new best-selling book Stressed-Less Living: Finding God’s Peace In Your Chaotic World, this weekend of biblical teaching helps women embrace God’s peace and rest and break the stronghold that stress has over their lives. Women will discover the spiritual, mental and physical toll that stress takes on them and the dangers of ignoring it. • Tracie’s popular book, Your Life Still Counts: How God Uses Your Past To Create A Beautiful Future, is the foundation for this life changing conference. The longing of every woman’s heart is to feel loved, accepted, and beautiful, yet many women spend their entire lives seeking these validations from the world, instead of Christ. What Others Are Saying About Tracie

“We couldn’t have been more pleased. It was so apparent that God was with us all weekend and He absolutely spoke through Tracie! We had women ready to register for next year before they left because they were so moved.”
— Kristy, Buncombe United Methodist, Greenville, SC

“The experience I had at the retreat has been life changing. Thank you for sharing your story and for having God speak to me through you. I came home and wrote about my experience because I never want to forget. It is one of the last things I need to do to lay my mask down at the altar. I too, have heard God tell me to share my story but out of shame, I kept it to myself. This past weekend I have been set free. A thank you does not seem enough...”
— Retreat Attendee, Fellowship Alliance Chapel, Cape May, NJ

“This was our 21st consecutive women’s retreat at Jacksonville Chapel and we had the most responses of any retreat for women who prayed to receive Christ. I feel that it was a combination of the women’s hearts being ripe and Micca’s sweet spirit and humility that led them to the Lord. It was an overwhelming response.”
— Janet Van Treuren, Director of Women’s Ministry

“We were so pleased with Tracie and she did a great job of connecting with our ladies!”
— Cindy, Church of Chapel Hill, Douglasville, GA

“We are the ones that were blessed. Thank you, Tracie, for your obedience and the example that you set for the women of our church. We are grateful to have a message that comes alive in the hearts of so many. You did great and know that you touched many. We are enjoying the lingering memory of worship and word that happened this past weekend.”
— Kathleen, Zarephath Christian Church, Zarephath, NJ

“Tracie, we received a powerful testimony in email after the conference. It is further confirmation that God has a plan for each of our lives and I am so blessed that YOU were included in His plan for so many hurting women this weekend.”
— Shirley, Redeemer Lutheran Church, Peoria, IL

“When I started looking for a speaker for our event, every time I went to Proverbs 31 website I was drawn to Tracie. I prayed about the choice but God seemed to lead me back to her every time. She was all and more I was hoping for. I felt like I had known her forever when she arrived. Not only myself, but the ladies have commented on her gentle spirit and friendliness. Her message was one we all needed to be reminded of and I would highly recommend her to anyone.”
— Donna, Temple Baptist, Simpsonville, SC

“The feedback from the ladies at the church was great! The surveys were filled with positive comments. Many ladies left so encouraged and excited to move forward! Thank you so much for the time you put into this, for heeding the Spirit’s direction and for sharing your heart with the women of Riva Trace. I believe that you struck a chord with many who attended, and I’ve heard stories of ladies who opened up/removed masks who had never before felt free enough to be quite so vulnerable. I know that the Holy Spirit moved among the retreat, but I know it’s in large part due to your transparency and willingness to be real. Consistent, relevant, Spirit-inspired… perfect!”
— Kim, Riva Trace Baptist, Riva, MD

“Tracie spoke at our event and was amazing. She had an amazing connection with our audience of 225 women. It was incredible and her teachings were bible based as well as intertwined with personal stories that made her really special. She was also available for prayer later and women really spoke highly of her.”
— Yvonne, North River Community Church, Pembroke, MA
