Hey there, friends! You've made it to Week 4!
So far in our study, we've learned...
- "The Sabbath principle is the key to freedom."
- Sometimes, we need to "just say no."
- We need to "obey – God will take care of the rest."
We still have one last Big Idea to tackle, though, and it's this:
"Margin keeps us from marginalizing God."
When I read those words, I think of all the times I've depended on ME to get something done, instead of just doing my part and trusting God with the rest.
There have been other times, though, where I knew without a doubt God had stepped in to my situation. I love those moments. Don't you?
Which brings me to our Verse of the Week:
"For You have made me rejoice, Lord, by what You have done; I will shout for joy
because of the works of Your hands." Psalm 92:4 (HCSB)
I wonder how many times I may have missed out on that moment of rejoicing because I was too busy relying on me to leave room for Him to work, let alone me notice. #Ouch
I want to be a NOTICER of all the good things God is doing in and around me, and I hope you do, too! I think this will be an amazing week of learning and growth for us all, so let's do this!
This Week's Homework:
This week in our books, we'll be in pages 86-110. For a suggested daily breakdown of bookwork AND one last Facebook cover photo, be sure to check out our Week at a Glance!
If you wish to purchase the Breathe teaching videos, you can do so here.
What's something you can do to remind yourself to stop and take notice of what God is doing around you?
Here's to a great final week!
