You’ve made it to the end of Round 1, and (hopefully) you now have the fighting words of Philippians 4:4-7 (CSB) etched in your mind, ready to pull out at a moment’s notice. And if you’re not yet there, that’s OK, too! Keep surrounding yourself with these words of Scripture, and they’ll eventually work their way in. (One of my favorite ways to do this is to write them out on my bathroom mirror with a dry erase marker. Then each time I go in, the words are right there in front of me! Do you have a tip of your own? Feel free to add it in the comments!)
Tomorrow we’ll start Round 2 with a new verse to memorize, but don’t forget about this one! KEEP practicing — KEEP rejoicing, and KEEP bringing your worries to God. He’s strong enough to handle them all.
One round down. Congratulations, fighter!
