Ding! Ding! That’s a wrap for Round 3! 

This round’s fighting words, Psalm 139:7-10, remind us that whatever is going on around us, wherever we may go, God IS THERE! And He will guide us and hold on to us.

In the introduction to Fighting Words, Ellie shares the following with us regarding the scriptures she chose to include:

“They hold the promises of God that I have clung to over the years, that have grounded me when I felt lost, and that have filled me with hope when I felt hopeless.”

I’m guessing you’re like me and you’ve had a moment or two when you’ve felt a little lost or a little hopeless. And even if you haven’t completely memorized this round’s fighting words (or Round 1 or Round 2), you probably already see that God’s promises give you a hope that can’t be found anywhere else!
