Whether you’ve struggled to incorporate our new simple practices into your world OR you’re just looking for a few new ideas to try, either way, we’ve got you covered:


  • Choose a photo of a favorite memory, and set it as the wallpaper on your phone.
  • Find hope for today by making a list of ways God has come through for you in the past.
  • When a sweet memory comes to mind, allow yourself to feel it and relive it.


  • Practice bossing your feelings around by reminding yourself that God is good.
  • Set a daily reminder on your phone that God is present.
  • Write a statement of those things you know to be true about God, then read it every day.
