Yes! We have a few of our past studies on our website. You can walk through these studies at your own pace. Here’s a list of our past studies.

The Bible Study Companion is a resource the P31 Online Bible Studies team writes to take the biblical content mentioned in the book a bit deeper. It’s an optional (free) resource for you. PLEASE NOTE: There is NO Bible Study Companion for Get Your Life Back.

All content is posted in Eastern Time (ET).

Each Monday's post will include a video teaching message from John Eldredge, author of our study book, Get Your Life Back.

After the study is complete, the author videos can be purchased from Lifeway.

You do not need to read before the study starts. On the first day of study, we will guide you through what you should read each day. We also offer a suggested reading plan. You can find it in our Study at a Glance resource. (Coming soon!)

Community Options

You do NOT need to have Facebook to participate in the study, but it is encouraged. We have small groups hosted on Facebook, and it's also the home of many of our online events, including Facebook Live videos.

A small group is approximately 15-20 women who are studying together. Each group is led by a Proverbs 31 trained small group leader. These small groups are hosted on both Facebook and Instagram, so you would need an account with one of those to participate in this option. Also, after each study ends, the group is shut down.

To sign up for a small group, click here

The week before the study starts, you will receive an email with your group number and group leader.

If you are not placed in a small group, you will be placed on a waitlist. You will know if you’re on the waitlist the Wednesday before the study.

A small group waitlist is a list of women who did not get access to a small group due to the number of participants/groups. This waitlist will receive priority information for the next study.

The Facebook Community Group is open to anyone who is studying with us. It’s a large “small” group. This group is led by trained Proverbs 31 leaders. Here you’ll get community, encouragement and accountability.  After the study ends, this group is shut down. PLEASE NOTE: There is NO Facebook Community Group for Get Your Life Back.

A small group is approximately 20-22 women and is led by one trained volunteer. The community group is a larger setting open to any woman 18 years or older who is participating in our study. This group is led by a team of trained volunteers. PLEASE NOTE: There is NO Facebook Community Group for Get Your Life Back.
