A Living Letter

August 1, 2018

Happy day, friend!

So far this week, we’ve spent a lot of time with Paul, author of much of the New Testament. His letters in the Bible are a treasure trove of practical wisdom and advice for living out this life as a Christ-follower, wouldn’t you agree?

In the next two days book work, we’ll be learning about some of the other letter-writers of the New Testament AND finally hit the book of Revelation. WOOT!

Before we get there, though, we have one last midweek video check-in with Melissa, Kendra and Angie. They have some final thoughts and encouragement they can’t wait to share with us, so let’s get to it!

That question from Angie!

“What letter are you writing to the world with your faith?”

Shew! I had never heard it put quite like that before, but it’s absolutely true. The way we live our lives puts God on display to the world around us, so what are we telling them about Him? That’s something great for us to chew over as we head into the second half of our week and finish out our study together.

And along those same lines...

Reflect and Respond:

If the way you walk out your faith is the letter you’re writing to the world, what do you want that letter to say?

Just a few more days! Let’s do this!
