When You Feel Like You’re Never Enough

April 3, 2018

Hey! My name is Jessie Masterson and I’m honored to be the P31 Online Bible Studies Coordinator here at Proverbs 31 Ministries. I'm also beyond excited to start the Why Her? study!

I don’t know about you, but I feel like I’m constantly battling with that voice in my head. The one that’s always saying “why her and not me?” Every single day, I feel like there’s something that makes my insecurity grow. Whether that stems from social media or even my own friends. No matter what, there is always someone out there that seems like they’re just effortlessly perfect. And I feel like whatever I do is never enough.

Do you feel this way too?

This is why I’m so excited about the Never Enough Teaching Series! It’s an optional extra created to accompany the Why Her? P31 Online Bible Study, but it’s definitely that extra bit of encouragement I need!

In this series, you will:

  • Overcome your desire for striving by finding confidence in your calling as we unpack the story of Rachel and Leah.

  • Combat the disillusionment of comparison by replacing your insecurities with Truth.

  • Discover your unique strengths, communication style and more by taking assessments that will help you live boldly.

We’ll be led by our friends Melissa Taylor and Kendra Schwarz of Proverbs 31 Ministries! And, they’ll be joined by the author of Why Her? Nicki Koziarz, and Executive Director of Ministry and Staff Development Lisa Allen. Through practical application, self assessments and heart-to-heart conversations, we will combat the lies we face and discover how to live a bold and comparison-free life.

I know this message is going to bring so much freedom for us to live the life God specifically and uniquely made for us!
