Lord, in a world that pushes me to strive and perform, help me pause and rest in Your presence. Quiet the noise inside and around me so I can hear Your still, peaceful voice. Teach me to find my worth not in what I do but who I am in You. Fill my hurried heart with Your calming Spirit, and steady my soul in Your Truth. Today I choose silence, stillness, and the hope that comes from waiting on You. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
