I’m Not Sure What the Next Step Looks Like

God, my heart is breaking for my friend. What she is going through is just too hard and seems unfair. I don’t know what to do. I long to be a friend who comforts her in her time of need. I ask for Your wisdom on how to do that. More than that, I ask You to intervene. Provide what she needs. Comfort her in her pain. Your Word says You are close to the brokenhearted and those crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18), and I ask You to be near to her now. May she know, experience, and love You more through this. I place her in Your capable hands. I know You are working a miracle in her story, and I pray You give her hope while she waits. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.

Heavenly Father, we thank You for the gift of the Holy Spirit, poured out with love and power on Pentecost. Fill our hearts anew with Your presence, guiding us in truth, courage, and compassion each day. Help us to listen for Your voice and to walk faithfully in Your ways. May Your Spirit unite us, renew us, and send us out to share Your light with the world. We give You all glory and gratitude, now and always. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
