Your Sunday Prayer

Lord, I don’t know how to heal while I’m still hurting. It feels like the pain will never go away. Just when I think I’ve made progress, something triggers me, and I take so many steps backward. It’s excruciating and exhausting. I need Your healing touch. Like the woman with the issue of blood in Luke 8:43-48, who knew Jesus could heal her if she just touched His robe, I reach out to You and ask You to comfort my heart today. You alone know what I need, so I put my trust in You. Help me to lean on You as my comfort and strength. I cling to You today and ask that You heal my heart in the midst of this hurt. In Jesus’ name, amen.
